Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey sausage, casings removed
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  5. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
