- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
