  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

  • Katsuobushi (bonito flakes) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, mix the flour and dashi (or water) until smooth. Add the eggs, shredded cabbage, green onions, and protein (if using). Stir until well combined.
