Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6-8 pepperoncini peppers (with some juice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Roast: Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
