Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
